In 2008, we started looking for a Stallion that would represent what we were trying to do with our horse program, as far as raising, training and selling a great working horse.  Be it for rodeoing, ranch work, cutting, working or reined cow horse showing, this horse had to be bred to fit all catagories.  We knew exactly what we wanted and needed.  He had to posess perfect conformation, versatility, speed, plenty of bone, soundness, athletic ability, the best disposition, a great mind, and last but not least, drop-dead gorgeous.
 
After a whole lot of looking around, internet shopping, calling, praying, etc. we called one of our dear friends, Bobby Lewis.  When Ty put in our order Bobby said, 'I've got just what you are wanting, he's standing in my barn and will fit what your wanting to do just perfect".  Well, we bought him and Bobby was right, he's been nothing but perfect. So far, Lefty Starlight is putting a 'carbon copy stamp' on his offspring.  The babies all are action-packed, playing low to the ground, turning on their hind ends and getting from one corner of the stall to the other with a blast of quick speed.     
 
What a blessing, and answer to prayers this horse has been!  Better known by our grandkids as 'efty', he is truly one of our family.  He's also proven his temperment around the barn with the kids, especially when their giving him kisses!  We believe we are heading in the right direction with our program and will always continue to make it better every chance we can to upgrade our mares, to get the best colt possible.  We hope you will consider this horse when your looking to step up your performance horse prospects.  We have weanlings, yearlings and coming two year olds for sale.  Give us a call or just come by, we will be so happy to help!
